Home/Why CleanPath
The distributor

We sell robots.
We're judged on the shift.

CleanPath Robotics is an authorized U.S. distributor for PUDU Robotics. We install, train, and service every unit we sell — because a robot that isn't running is just expensive furniture.

Our position

Hardware is the easy part.

PUDU builds excellent machines. What determines whether a deployment works is everything around the machine: the map, the route, the night crew's habits, the spare brush that arrives on a Tuesday instead of in three weeks.

We started CleanPath after watching too many facilities buy a robot, run it for six weeks, and quietly stop. The pattern was always the same — nobody owned it, nobody trained the crew, and nobody measured whether it actually cleaned anything.

So we built the company around those three failures. Every deployment includes an on-site commissioning, a crew training session on your own floors, and a monthly performance review with coverage data attached.

The platform

Why PUDU.

No.1 global share in commercial service robots — a measured position, not a projection. Frost & Sullivan, 2023. Same hardware and firmware in every market, including this one, and an Americas headquarters opened in 2026 — U.S. parts and engineering on the same clock as your sites.

Certified for U.S. sites

CE, FCC, and IEC 63327 listed, with 1,742 patents and applications behind the platform. Documentation package supplied for facilities and insurance review.

Depots on both coasts

East Coast and West Coast depots hold units, brushes, squeegees, batteries and dock valves. A wear part is a domestic shipment, not an ocean crossing.

Every U.S. state

Certified technicians dispatched nationwide — remote diagnosis within the hour, a technician on site within 48 hours.

One software stack

Cleaning, delivery, and industrial units report into the same dashboard and the same service relationship.

Engagement

What working with us looks like.

01

Week 0 — Walkthrough

On site. We measure, photograph, and count. You get a written coverage plan, not a pitch deck.

02

Week 1 — Map and quote

We drive the route once, cut it into zones and no-go areas, then price the site. This is where a quote becomes possible.

03

Week 2–3 — Pilot

One robot, real traffic, your staff. We log cycles, faults and re-cleans until the pattern is stable.

04

Month 1–3 — Go, or no-go

Cycles, faults and re-cleans against your own baseline. If it does not beat the mop, we say so and stop.

FAQ

The questions we
actually get.

If yours isn't here, call. You'll get a person who has commissioned these units, not a call center.

Ask a specialist

We're an authorized independent distributor, not PUDU's corporate subsidiary. That means you get manufacturer warranty and parts pricing, plus a local partner who is accountable for installation and service.

Yes. First-line support is remote diagnostics; if a site visit is needed we dispatch a certified technician. Service agreements include response windows and preventive maintenance intervals.

We don’t publish list pricing. What a unit costs depends on the class, the options, the floor type, how many you run, and what service terms you want — so every quote is built after the walkthrough and put in writing before you sign. The ROI calculator will give you a payback range using typical U.S. pricing, and if you enter your quote it will run the numbers exactly.

A walk of one site takes half a day and costs nothing. Mapping a 4,000 sq ft store takes half a day more. The pilot runs until the pattern is stable — and forty sites is a quarter, not a weekend.

That's a conversation for your side, and we won't pretend otherwise. In practice most clients redeploy floor-care hours into restrooms, detailing, and additional contracts rather than reducing headcount — which tends to be the easier path with organized labor.

Send us your floor plan.
We'll send back a number.

Twenty minutes, one walkthrough, and a written coverage plan with modeled payback — no obligation, no pressure.
